Matsui Soft Tex White 350 Application:

• Screen Mesh: Print through fine mesh screens (110-160/inch recommended).
• Curing: Cure at 320°F (160°C) to produce soft, silicone-like prints.
• Dark Fabrics: For dark polyester, use Under Base Blocker 350 first, flash, then print White 350W, flash again, and finally print Clear 350B with colors.

Special Recommendations:

• Clean Mixing: Use clean vessels and utensils to avoid contamination.
• Additives:
  • Retarder MG: 1-5% to extend open time in the screen.
  • Fixer V: 2-3% to enhance wash fastness.
  • Thickener B: 0.25-1% to adjust ink thickness.
