Application: Print through fine screen mesh (150~180/inch recommended) when cured at 320°F (160°C), Matsui Stretch White produces soft and “Silicone-like” prints. For printing on dark-colored polyester, it is recommended to first print an Under Base Blocker, flash it, and then apply Matsui Stretch White on top.

Special Recommendations: Matsui Stretch White should be mixed in clean vessels using clean mixing blades and utensils. Avoid any contamination from other ink sources or non-approved additives, as it may affect the ink’s performance.

Printing Instructions:

  • Print through fine screen mesh (150~180/inch recommended).
  • Cure at 320°F (160°C) for the best results.
  • For dark-colored polyester, use an Under Base Blocker before applying Matsui Stretch White.

Mixing Ratio: Matsui Stretch White can be mixed with up to 15% Matsui Neo Pigments to achieve a wide range of color shades.

For enhanced printing capabilities and longevity of your prints, consider the following special recommendations:

  1. Dry Cleaning and Ironing: Prints made with Stretch White can be safely dry cleaned or ironed, preserving the quality and appearance of your designs.
  2. Retarder MG: Incorporate 1-5% of Retarder MG to extend the open time in the screen, allowing for smoother and more controlled printing.
  3. Fixer WF-N: Boost the wash fastness of your prints by adding 1-5% of Fixer WF-N to the ink, ensuring that your designs withstand repeated washings without compromising on vibrancy.
  4. Softener MG: Achieve better penetration into the garment by adding 1-4% of Softener MG to the ink, resulting in long-lasting and vivid prints with an exceptional soft hand feel.
  5. Thickener B: To adjust the ink’s consistency according to your printing needs, consider adding 0.25-1% of Thickener B to thicken the ink.
  6. RV Additive: Fine-tune the viscosity of Stretch White with 1-3% of RV Additive, enhancing control and printability during the printing process.

Additionally, you have the option to add 6%-9% Quick Additive, which contains Fixer WF-N, Retarder MG, and Softener MG, to further enhance performance and achieve desired printing effects.
