Matsui WS0554 Kombat Blocker Application:

• Mesh: Print Kombat Blocker through mesh screens up to 120/inch (47/cm).
• Curing: Cure at 320°F (160°C). A thicker stencil is recommended for a heavier deposit, providing better fabric coverage and preventing migration.
• Pre-Test Recommended: Due to variations in dyed polyesters, pre-testing on actual production fabric is advised to ensure suitability.

Special Recommendations:

• Clean Mixing: Use clean vessels and utensils to avoid contamination that could result in positive PVC tests.
• Additives:
  • Retarder MG: 1-5% to extend open time in the screen.
  • Fixer WF-N: 1-5% to enhance wash fastness.
  • Thickener B: 0.25-1% to adjust thickness.
  • RV Additive: 1-3% to reduce viscosity.
