  1. Preparation: Ensure the screen is clean and properly prepared. Use a 60-110 mesh screen for optimal results.
  2. Application: Print the adhesive onto the fabric using the screen. Ensure an even and consistent layer.
  3. Drying: Allow the adhesive to air dry or use a low-temperature heat source to speed up the drying process.
  4. Foil Application: Place the foil over the adhesive area, shiny side up. Use a heat press set at 300-320°F (149-160°C) for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure.
  5. Cooling and Peeling: Let the fabric cool completely before peeling off the foil to reveal your vibrant design.
