Matsui WS0511 Stretch Mat 301 Application:
Screen Mesh: Suitable for printing through fine mesh screens up to 225/inch (89/cm).
Curing: Cures at 320°F (160°C) to produce the softest prints achievable in textile screen printing.
Dark Fabrics: For dark polyester, use a sublimation blocker to prevent dye migration.
Wet on Wet Printing: Can be used for efficient wet-on-wet printing, saving time and increasing productivity.
Special Recommendations:
Clean Mixing: Ensure all mixing vessels and utensils are clean to avoid contamination that could result in positive PVC tests.
Ironing and Dry Cleaning: Prints can be ironed and dry cleaned without issue.
Additives:
Retarder MG: 1-5% to extend open time in the screen.
Fixer WF-N: 1-5% to enhance wash fastness.
Softener MG: 1-4% to help ink penetrate the garment.
Thickener B: 0.25-1% to adjust ink thickness.
