Technical Specifications
Matsui WS0581 Samurai Trans White Application:
- Screen Mesh: Print through fine mesh screens up to 160/inch (63/cm).
- Curing: Cures at 200°F (93°C) for 2 minutes. Use a flash cure unit between prints at 200°F (93°C) for 5 seconds.
- Heat Press: Press at 320°F (160°C) for 10 seconds with medium pressure, then cool peel for best results.
- Soft and Durable Prints: Samurai Trans Clear/White Adhesive produces the softest and most durable prints achievable in textile screen printing.
Special Recommendations:
- Clean Mixing: Ensure all mixing vessels and utensils are clean to avoid contamination that could result in positive PVC tests.
- Additives:
- Retarder MG: 1-5% to extend open time in the screen.
- Fixer V: 1-3% to enhance wash fastness (do not add to Adhesive). Use within 12 hours after mixing.
- Softener MG: 1-4% to help ink penetrate the garment.
- Thickener B: 0.25-1% to adjust ink thickness.
- RV Additive: 1-3% to reduce viscosity.
